Here are some more information for Seat Old:

In some ways the toilet seat is the most important part of the toilet. I can't imagine there is anyone out there who enjoys sitting directly on the bowl. However, sometimes because of use the seat gets shaky, may slide around, or even fall off.
If you find yourself in such a situation here's a few tips on how to fix the problem.
What you need: a screw driver and pliers.
• Picking out the new seat: make sure you get the right size. If you want, follows the steps below, remove the old seat, and take it to your local hardware or home improvement store to match it up. There are all kinds of varieties and finding one suitable for you shouldn't be easy.
• Removing the old seat: The seat is attached to two mounting bolts that are sometimes covered at its rear with the nuts on the underside. The nuts need to be loosened and removed, which depending on the age and condition of the toilet may or may not be a problem. Be very careful when rotating hard to turn nuts with the pliers as you don't want the pliers to slip and hit the toilet or something else. If you feel this might occur protect areas close to the work space.
• Sometimes the bolts are rusted or corroded and trying to unscrew them is extremely difficult. If this is the case here are some suggestions:
- Apply penetrating fluid (otherwise known as penetrating oil) to the bolts. Its low viscosity allows it to seep between very narrow spaces and loosen problematic situations like this one.
- If the penetrating oil doesn't work you'll need to use a hack saw. Remember to protect areas surrounding your work space.
• Once removed, clean up the area where the bolts were before inserting the new seat (and if necessary new bolts).
• Place the new seat on the toilet and make sure it's centered and works properly.
In the future, when cleaning your toilet occasionally check the nuts and bolts to make sure they are free of corrosion keeping them easy to remove again if necessary. You never know when you'll run into toilet seat problems that need a quick fix. After all, you don't want guests feeling like being on the back of a canoe when they use your bathroom!

Baby Car Seats – Which One Does Your Child Need
Baby car seats are very important to the safety of your child while he/she is travelling in a vehicle. All newer car seats meet all the safety regulations that have been established nationally. The correct installation and the correct seat can be the difference between injury and no injury should you become involved in a crash. Many fire departments and police departments offer clinics to teach you how to correctly install your seats and to ensure that they are correctly installed. All types of car seats should be installed in the backseat. The front seat is deadly if your car has a passenger airbag. There are several types of car seats available – infant car seats, convertible car seats, forward facing toddler seats, and booster seats.
Infant car seats are seats that are designed for infants usually from 5 pounds up to between 22 and 30 pounds (depending on the model). These seats should always be rear facing as this is the safest position for your baby. Many infant car seats have bases that latch into the vehicle which allows the actual seat to act as a carrier and to snap in and out of the base. This will keep you from having to "install" the seat every time you get into the vehicle. Your infant should remain in the rear facing position until he/she is one year old and 20 pounds. Both criteria should be met before placing your child in a forward facing seat.
Convertible car seats are car seats that work in both the rear facing and forward facing positions. This type of car seat is installed in the vehicle in a rear facing position fully reclined until the baby reaches one year and 20 pounds. At that time, the car seat can be turned around and installed in a forward facing position. These car seats have a five point harness (or a T-shield or a tray shield) and can be used for children up to age 4 and 40 pounds (some models allow for a heavier 4 year old and go up to 80 pounds). Many models offer the ability to remove the 5 point harness and install the seat as a belt positioning booster seat.
A forward facing toddler seat is a car seat that is designed for children age 1 to age 4 ranging in weight from 20 pounds to 40 pounds or more depending on the model. This is the next step in car seats after the infant car seat. Many of these types of seats also convert into a booster seat.
Booster seats are designed to ensure the seatbelts in your vehicle fit your child. The seats are for children from age 4 and 40 pounds. There are high back and backless styles available. Any toddler or convertible car seat is going to convert to a high back. A backless style sits in the seat under the child and raises the child to the appropriate height for the belt. It is imperative that your child sits in a baby car seat, make sure you are using the right one.

When should I get my two and a half year old a new car seat?
He's had his current one for about a year and it was bought new, but should I replace it yearly? How often are you supposed to replace a car seat? It hasn't been through any wrecks and it still works well, but he's also getting a little tall for it. What seats/boosters do you recommend for a 31 lb, 37 inch tall, two and a half year old?
He should be in a 5 point harness which is forward facing. You do not need to replace it yearly, the dates vary by car seat and the date should be on a sticker on the bottom of the car seat. He should move to a booster when he is 40 inches, 4 years old and 40 pounds.
